Lending or borrowing money?
When you are lending or borrowing money, it is critical you put down the agreement in writing - the amount borrowed, the interest rate, the repayments, the term and any other relevant details. Even if the loan is between family members (sometimes, especially when its between family members) a loan agreement can protect your money as well as provide certainty and documented evidence of what the agreement was.
